Metallux ME600 单晶陶瓷压力传感器采用陶瓷单元，基于压阻原理工作。惠斯通电桥通过厚膜技术在陶瓷膜片的一侧直接印刷。膜片的另一侧可以直接暴露于被测介质。由于 Al2O3 陶瓷优异的化学耐腐蚀性（耐腐蚀性气体、大多数溶剂和酸等），通常不需要额外的保护。得益于加固的外部区域（单晶结构），传感器可以直接通过 O 型圈安装在塑料或金属外壳中。ME600 传感器的设计使得温度变化和压力过载不会导致可靠性下降。Metallux ME600 传感器确保在整个测量范围内具有最佳线性度，并最大限度地减少滞后效应。
