Durashield V42 Mask

Durashield V42 Mask is a low VOC, thermosetting solder paste designed for thick copper PCBs, used after Durashield V42 filler treatment. It uses a two-component epoxy resin material, providing excellent adhesion for bare copper and epoxy resin surfaces. Durashield V42 Mask has good thermal hardness and resistance to surface damage, as well as excellent resistance to multiple welding processes (including lead-free welding) combined with excellent flexibility. Durashield V42 Mask has a minimum of 48 hours of stirring life at 20°C, thus providing a longer production time from a single mix. A wide range of screen mesh can be used to achieve good print definition.
