Durashield LED Mask is a low VOC, thermal curing mask material designed for LED applications, with excellent color stability. It uses a two-component epoxy resin system, providing excellent adhesion, particularly recommended for OSP final finishing and SMT reflow assembly. The product has a shelf life of at least 48 hours at 20°C, allowing for longer production time from a single mix.
