FOX IV 1018 Large Label Applicator
●Large Labels, Large Capacity: Since the 1018 is designed specifically for large label applications, common large label applications, such as applying an 8.5” x 11” Letter Sized label, are possible with the 1018. The 1018 is able to apply labels up to 9.375”/238 mm wide on a liner up to 9.5”/241 mm wide. The large 16”/406 mm OD label roll capacity allows for a greater capacity of large labels as well as the ability to utilize larger label roll cores to reduce label curl.
●Put it On Your Line: The 1018 can be put directly onto your production or fulfillment line to apply labels in real time or while the product or pallet is stopped. A selection of label application methods are available to meet each customer’s individual labeling requirements.
●Designed for the Real World: Labels track smoothly to the application head thanks to the 1018’s solid metal centerwall. The dual guide rod cylinders on straight-line application methods, like the tamp and tamp-roll, ensure accurate label placement as well as durability. With industrially designed features such as these, the 1018 can operate 24/7 in almost any environment.
