FOX IV L3904E Electric Linerless Label Print and Apply
●Zero Labeling Waste: The L3904E uses direct thermal, continuous roll, linerless label material instead of traditional precut pressure sensitive label stock. By utilizing the linerless label material, the L3904 completly eliminates any waste label liner or spent thermal transfer ribbon from the waste stream. This means reduced environmental impact from your company. Additionally, since the linerless material is continuous, there is no gap between labels effectively giving you more labels per roll. With a large 16” OD label roll capactiy, the L3904E provides extended production between roll changes since more labels per roll can be printed.
●Reduced Energy Usage: With the addition of a fully-electric application method, factory air is elimated. As the cost of running a compressed air system consumes up to 8 times more electric than electric alone, the cost savings of using an electric cylinder can be significant.
●Easy to Use and Maintain: The FOX IV Linerless integrates a SATO CL4NX Plus Linerless label printer engine into the proven FOX IV applicator design. This fast, intelligent printer is built into the FOX IV center-wall for precision label tracking, printing, and placement. The full-color LCD screen accesses on-board instructional videos as well as settings to make relevant printer information accessible on each unit. Other user-friendly features include print speeds up to 6 ips, tool-free print engine maintenance, screened label path, and a visual wear indicator on the platen roller. Additionally, the print engine comes pre-installed with competitive printer language emulations for simple replacement or addition to a non SATO labeling environment.
●In Control: The solid anodized aluminum center-wall houses centrally located controls for outstanding reliability and performance. Full color HMIs enable operators to access the main print and apply controls through the Allen-Bradley PLC.
