FOX IV 6955 & 6957 Series 8 Zebra Based Label Print and Apply
●Feature Packed: These automated print and apply systems start with your choice of Zebra print module: the 4.09” print width ZE511 or the 6.6” print width ZE521. These engines feature fast print speeds, an intuitive 4.3” full color LCD touch screen which can be remotely located, and print resolution up to 600 dpi (ZE511). On-board analytics are included to help predict and schedule maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime. The color coded print engine touch points and tool-less printhead and platen replacement combined with the intuitive 4.3” color touch display make setting up, using and maintenance fast and simple. Several application options add flexibility to the units and enable them to be assembled to meet specific application needs.
●PLC Controlled: An Allen-Bradley PLC is the heart of the 6955/6957 systems. With a full-color touch screen HMI, settings, diagnostics, alerts, and service documentation are easily visible and accessible. The Allen-Bradley PLC enables simple integration with production and packaging lines as well as warehouse control systems.
●Customizable: Customize the 6955 or 6957 to meet your specific application needs. Our in-house engineering team can design solutions to meet the most challenging labeling applications including application methods, connectivity, and mounting. Additionally, these units are Link-OS® enabled for use with Zebra Link-OS® Software tools.
