FOX IV 1010 Series Label Applicators
●Operator Friendly Features: The printed label path on the 1010 Label Applicators makes it clear to operators how to load the labels in the unit. Additional features include FOX IV’s Swing-Away Cylinder, allowing full access to the label peel area, and intuitive applicator and air pressure controls.
●Extended Production: With a HUGE 16” OD label roll capacity on the 1014 and 1016 models, you’ll be able to run longer between label roll changes. This also makes using longer labels more efficient by utilizing a larger roll core and minimizing label curl toward the end of the roll. The 1018 has a 12” OD label roll capacity to minimize weight.
●Choices, Choices: The 1010 Label Applicator Series includes three different sized units to suit individual label application needs-the Model 1014 - for up to 5.5” Wide media, the 1016 - up to 7.5” Wide media, and the 1018 - up to 9.5” Wide media. You can also choose your label application method. The 1010 Series Label Applicators are available with tamp, tamp-blow, wipe- on, blow-on, wrap-around, adjacent panel and other application methods including custom designed methods.
