74LVC1G08 Single 2-Input Positive AND Gate
■The 74LVC1G08 provides a single 2-input positive AND gate that is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The device features the Boolean function Y = A · B or Y = A + B.
■The 74LVC1G08 is capable of holding high output drive while low static power dissipation can be maintained over supply voltage operating range.
■The 74LVC1G08 is available in Green SC70-5 and SOT-23-5 packages and supports -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

■Wide Supply Voltage Range: 1.65V to 5.5V
■Inputs Accept Voltages up to 5.5V
■+24mA/-24mA Output Current at V CC = 3.0V
■Low Quiescent Current: I CC = 2μA (MAX)
■Propagation Delay: 4.0ns (TYP) at VCC = 3.3V
■Support Down Translation to VCC
■Support Partial-Power-Down Mode, Live Insertion and Back-Drive Protection
■-40°C to +125°C Operating Temperature Range
■Available in Green SC70-5 and SOT-23-5 Packages
