ZJC2004 High Precision, 18-bit Pseudo Differential 400 kSPS SAR ADC Data Sheet
●ZJC2004 is low noise, low power consumption, 18-bit pseudo differential input SAR ADC with throughput up to 400 kSPS. The part is available in small package and easy to use. It can reduce the power consumption and complexity of the system, thus achieve high density designs.
●ZJC2004 requires 2.7 V to 5 V of power supply to sample the analog input voltage between IN+ and IN- ranging from 0 V to +VREF (VREF: 0.5 V to VDD). The reference voltage of ZJC2004 is provided externally, and can be set up to the supply voltage. Utilizing the independent VIO pin, ZJC2004 can be compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V logic interface. The part provides one SPI-compatible serial port and also supports daisy-chain operation for serial cascading of multiple devices.
●ZJC2004 is available in 10-lead MSOP and DFN packages. The operating temperature is - 40 ° C to +85 ° C. ZJC2004 series is pin compatible with industry standard parts.
