●Nextronics Engineering CROP. hereby declare and guarantee that all products have been designed and manufactured in compliance with the EU REACH directive on the restriction of the use of SVHS (Substances of Very High Concern) and Annex XIV of the EU REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) in electronic components.
●Based on information obtained from our raw material suppliers, and independent laboratory analysis, this document certifies that no products contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) under the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. And accord with present update and previous registration, assessment, authorization and restriction of chemicals (SVHC) and the supplied products are compliant with the enclosed authorization list outlined in Annex XVII of the EU REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006).
●The list of all banned substances tested and confirmed are those found on the candidate list on the ECHA/EU website. And please refer to the REACH Annex XVII and its previous amendments for the list of restricted substances and the conditions of restriction.
