Product Discontinuation - 92ML™ Materials
●RE: Rogers Suzhou West, China Production Discontinuation
■Rogers Corporation regularly evaluates all its businesses as it relates to sales, manufacturing footprint, programs, projects, and the resources associated with its initiatives.
■Rogers Corporation's Advanced Electronics Solutions will discontinue production at our Suzhou West, China manufacturing facility (Rogers Material Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.) on June 30th, 2023.
■The decision has been made to divest the 92ML™ Materials product line of laminates and prepregs.
●Next Steps
■A buyer who will continue with current operations is being sought for the 92ML™ materials business.
■We will not know the final disposition of 92ML™ materials until we are closer to the scheduled production discontinuation of June 30th, 2023. We are asking our customers to evaluate their potential last time buy requirements for 92ML™ materials.
●Last Time Buy Period for 92ML™ Materials
■Purchase Orders for last time buy material(s) will be accepted as of the date of this letter, March 8, 2023, through April 8, 2023. The final release date for shipping all last time buy material(s) is June 30, 2023. Last time buy Purchase Orders are non-Cancellable and purchased materials are non-Returnable.
