RN5T5612 Series Programmable Power Management System IC
■The RN5T5612 is a power management multi-channel IC (PMIC) for consumer applications. This IC provides four high-efficiency step-down DCDC converters, seven low-dropout regulators, four GPIOs, an interrupt controller (INTC), and an I2C- Bus interface. This IC can customize the power supply voltage and the power-on /off sequence to meet user-system with using a built-in OTP (One-Time Programmable) memory. In addition, this IC provides DVS (Dynamic Voltage Scaling), a thermal shut-down function, an overcurrent protection, and a watchdog timer and provides optionally a power-on / off mode which is controllable individually by GPIO[0 -3] pins (Subsequently referred to as “Parts Mode”)
