■The documented quality management system of the organization named below, and its implementation, was assessed by PQA International on the date stated below as compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Certification has been approved by PQA International's Certification Board.
■The scope of Apex Microtechnology's certification is: Apex Microtechnology (Apex) offers industry-leading power analog innovation for applications requiring high precision control of current, voltage and speed in the industrial, defense and aerospace, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment markets. Apex product families include power operational amplifiers, PWM amplifiers and precision voltage references - as described in their quality manual, processes and procedures. This certification is in respect of those activities audited on the above date and recorded on the assessment documentation.
■Certification has been approved by PQA International’s Certification Board and will be revalidated annually by means of further surveillance assessments and related documentation. This certificate has a validity of 3 years from the issue date until re-certification is due, subject to satisfactory annual maintenance assessments, and remains the property of PQA International, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
■This certificate is authorized for issue by ASCBE Ltd who have assessed PQA International against defined criteria as in compliance with ISO 17021:2015 "Conformity Assessment - Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems” This Certificate is validated by listing in the International Register of Quality Assessed Organizations
