Improved Rated Power of Select Bourns® Model CRL Series Thick Film Chip Resistor Arrays PRODUCT UPDATE MEMO

Riverside, California –July 20, 2021 – Effective October 30, 2021, the rated power of select Bourns® Model CRL Series Thick Film Chip Resistor Arrays will increase from 0.1 watts to 0.125 watts for the CRL0603 series, 0.125 watts to 0.25 watts for the CRL0805 series, 0.25 watts to 0.50 watts for the CRL1206 series and 0.50 watts to 0.75 watts for the CRL 2010 series. The maximum operating temperature will also improve from 125 °C to 155 °C for all series listed.
There have been no changes to the products themselves. The identified changes in specifications are the result of additional testing of the listed models.
The changes in electrical performance should provide these models with a competitive advantage over models with a lower power rating. A list of affected part numbers is included on the following pages.
