The reel diameter of the CPC3708 in the SOT-89 package , CPC3708CTR Reel Diameter Change Product Change Notice PCN1093
■IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (ICD), now part of Littelfuse, has made a packaging change to the CPC3708CTR as described below:
The reel diameterof the CPC3708 in the SOT-89 package, part number CPC3708CTR, is changingfrom 7inches(1,000ea/Reel) to 13inches (4,000ea/Reel). Please see Appendix 1for a graphical representation of the change. Additionally, because the number of unitssupplied with the larger reel is increasing, the minimum orderable quantity will increase from 1000 to 4000.
These changes are effective immediately.
