◆Detailed Description of Change
■IXYS Integrated Circuits Division has changed the ordering information for N-Channel Depletion Mode FETs with the "C" suffix option from product in cut tape to product in full tape-on-reel packaging. This change affects the form of the shipped product.
■Please note that this change will not affect the "CTR" suffix versions as these parts are already tape-on-reel.
◆Reason for the Change: Shipment of "C" product on tape-on-reel instead of cut tape will allow IXYS IC Integrated Circuits Division to maintain current margins on larger volumes due to the high cost of the cut tape offering.
