JW7801 Wide Input Range Voltage Regulator with Reset Function
●DESCRIPTION
■The JW®7801 is a low power high withstand-voltage voltage regulator which can also provide a reset function. The JW7801 has high-accuracy output voltage and detection voltage. The short circuit protection can protect the chip from a large load current or deadly output short to ground. The quiescent current is as low as 2.5uA.
■The JW7801 is available in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package, which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.

■High-accuracy output voltage VOUT=3.3V, Accuracy ±2.4%
■High-accuracy detection voltage VDET=10/7.5/5V, Accuracy ±2.4%
■Low current consumption IQ=2.5μA, ISD=1.77μA
■Wide operating input range voltage from 10V to 40V
■Short circuit protection
■Available in SOT23-5 package
