Hangzhou Zhongke Microelectronics' Dual-channel H-bridge Motor Driver Chip AT8812C provides an integrated motor driver solution for printers and other electromechanical integration applications. AT8812C has two H-bridge drivers with a maximum output of 32V±1.2A. It can drive two DC brushed motors, a bipolar stepper motor, solenoids, and other inductive loads. The bipolar stepping motor can run in full step,2-subdivision, 4-subdivision, or realize high subdivision by software.

The power output module of each H-bridge of AT8812C is composed of N-type power MOSFET, called the H-bridge driver. Each bridge contains a rectifier circuit and a current-limiting circuit. The device adopts an industry-standard parallel digital control interface, and the decay mode is programmable.

Internal shutdown function includes overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, under-voltage lockout protection, and overtemperature protection, and provides a fault detection output pin.
AT8812C provides an ETSSOP28 package with an exposed pad, which can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance, and is a lead-free product that meets environmental protection requirements.
