Dual-channel H-bridge Motor Driver Chip with Low RDS(ON) Resistance and 1.8A Drive Output
Zhongke Microelectronics' Dual-channel H-bridge Motor Driver Chip AT8822 provides an integrated
dual-channel motor drive solution for toys,
printers and other motor integration
applications. AT8822 has two H-bridge
drivers, which can drive two DC brushed
motors, or a bipolar stepper motor, or
solenoids and other inductive loads.
The power output stage of each H-bridge is composed of N-type power MOSFET, called H-bridge driver.
Internal shutdown function includes over current protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout protection and overtemperature protection.
AT8822 provides an ETSSOP16package with exposed pad, which can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance, and is a lead-free product that meets environmental protection requirements.
