VGSEMI obtained Oriza Holdings Corporation investment, the old shareholder Hua Qin technology, and dynamic balance capital increase. Public information shows that Mega Semiconductor has previously obtained strategic investment from many industrial investment institutions such as Xiaomi, OPPO, and Huaqin Technology, and was recognized as a national specialized new "little Giant" enterprise in July 2021.
