Littelfuse's IXTQ34N65X2M / IXTQ48N65X2M super-junction X2-level power MOSFET is developed using the charge compensation principle and proprietary process technology, these devices exhibit the lowest on-state resistances, along with low gate charges and superior dv/dt performance. Their avalanche capability also enhances the device ruggedness. In addition, the product provides a 2500V AC electrical isolation which allows an easy mounting without additional isolation measures.
