【PCN】Littelfuse The TO263 & TO252 Ignition IGBTs transfer from ON Semiconductor facilities to Littelfuse' s Product Change Notification
On August 29th, 2016, Littelfuse completed the acquisition of selected ON Semiconductor product lines. The acquired product lines included the IGBT' s for ignition applications as well as all relevant intellectual property.
We are now pleased to announce that the TO263 & TO252 Ignition IGBT's transfer, from ON Semiconductor facilities to Littelfuse' s and partners, is has been successfully completed by August 26th, 2019.
1. To ensure customers have ample time to transition to the LFUS product, ON Semiconductor will keep on manufacturing the devices for Littelfuse until 29th of August 2021.
Here are the most important dates to consider for the Last Time Buy:
2. Last shipment date, ON semi manufactured devices: 29th of August 2021.
3. Last time ordering date: 28th of August 2020. Littelfuse EDI systems will be closed, and neither new orders nor changes are allowed after this date.
4. For all the orders which cover the demand till 29th of August of 2021 must be in system before 28th of August 2020, and all orders will be NCNR.
5. We are ready for supplying the Littelfuse manufactured parts from Q1 2021, please contact your Sales representative for details.
6. Qualified Littelfuse samples are available since now.
