Shindengen D3CE20LUS Ultrafast Recovery Diode Added to the Lineup for Large Current Compatible, Compact, Thin SC-110 (CE) Package for Vehicle Applications
The trend towards higher performance and more electronic components in automobiles has resulted in a shift towards a high number of ECU components installed per unit, which has in turn created greater demand for smaller space requirements and lighter-weight components.
Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan) is continuing development aimed at satisfying these needs. As part of this initiative, we have added the D3CE20LUS high withstand voltage ultrafast recovery diode to the lineup of the large current compatible, compact, thin SC-110 (CE) package for vehicle applications. Going forward, we will continue to develop a variety of products for the automobile market to better fulfill customer needs.
