ASB Launches A New Wide Band Gain Block Amplifier with Single Circuit Matched over 50 ~ 7000 MHz
ASB's AHB5614S9 is an ultra-flat gain, low noise, and highly linear Gain Block Amplifier MMIC with single circuit matched over 50 ~ 7000 MHz, being suitable for use in both receiver and transmitter of up to 7000 MHz. The active bias circuit stabilizing the current over process variation is adopted. The amplifier is available in SOT89 package and passes through the stringent 100% DC & RF test via an automated test handler.
