CHA3024-99F, a 2-22GHz Distributed Low Noise Amplifier with Adjustable Gain Control
The CHA3024-99F is a 2-22GHz distributed Low Noise Amplifier with Adjustable Gain Control (AGC). This gain control can achieve up to 30dB with bias voltage.
This product exhibits a flat gain in the 2-22GHz band and better than -15dB input/output return losses.
It is designed for a wide range of applications such as electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and X-Ku band Point to Point radio.
This product is manufactured on a 0.15µm gate length GaAs pHEMT process.
