UMS CHA3024-QGG,a Broadband 2-22GHz Low Noise Amplifier with adjustable gain control
The CHA3024-QGG is a broadband 2-22GHz low noise amplifier with adjustable gain control (AGC).
This QFN packaged product exhibits an unrivaled gain and noise flatness with excellent input (17dB) and output return losses (16dB). It also offers high gain control and excellent OIP3 at 28dBm.
This circuit is designed for a wide range of applications, for example, electronic warfare, X and Ku Point to Point radio, and test instrumentation.
This product is manufactured on a 0.15μm gate length GaAs pHEMT process.
