RF-STAR’s New Modules Adopt NRF52833 Chip Will Come Soon
nRF52833 is an ultra-low power Bluetooth® Low Energy / Bluetooth LE, Thread, ZigBee and 2.4 GHz private wireless connection solution, which contains Bluetooth 5.1 with direction-finding function, and it can operate effectively in the temperature range of -40 ° C to 105 ° C.
nRF52833 can support all Bluetooth 5.1 direction-finding functions, and its large capacity memory can support it works as both receiver and transmitter in angle of arrival (AoA) and angle of departure (AoD) applications. The direction finding function makes the positioning application not only dependent on received signal strength indication (RSSI), but also on the signal direction. Typical applications include real-time positioning system (RTLS) and indoor positioning system (IPS).

What are the advantages of nRF52833 compared with nRF52832?
The parameters of nRF52832 are as follows:
