Leading performance 200 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with Trust zone, 1 MB code flash memory, 256 KB SRAM, BGO/SWAP function, Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit, Ethernet, USB 2.0 Full-Speed, SDHI, Quad SPI and OctaMemory, security and safety features, and advanced analog with two ADC units with a total of 3 S/H.


The RA6M4Arm®Cortex®-M33 MCU, is built on a highly efficient 40nm process and is supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept, called Flexible Software Package (FSP), using FreeRTOS as a base, but can be replaced and expanded by any other RTOS or middleware user’s need. RA6M4 is suitable for IoT applications requiring strong Security, rich connectivity, large embedded RAM with parity/ECC, and low power consumption.
