Using the power distribution box designed by the GRL busbar wiring system to distribute power for the Chinese Academy of Sciences Hard X-ray Free Electron Laser Device Project.
GRL uses the power distribution box designed by the bus wiring system to distribute power for the Hard x-ray free-electron laser device project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The X-ray Free Electron Laser Test Facility was jointly established by the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Peking University, and is the 8th facility in the world.
The main body of the device consists of a high-performance electron linear accelerator of 840 million electron volts and a free-electron laser amplifier that can realize various advanced operating modes.
GRL used the busbar system to provide the distribution panel for this project.
Customer Challenge
In traditional engineering projects, there is no unified solution for non-standard electrical distribution panels.
Low-voltage electrical components are not universal.
This situation makes the maintenance of the distribution box very inconvenient.
Solution
According to the customer's demand, GRL uses the power bus system to design a non-standard AC distribution box.
At the same time, GRL uses the terminal distribution bus electrical system to integrate MCB, copper bar, and other low-voltage electrical components into the distribution box.
The distribution panel is divided into 24 channels and 36 channels of standardized design. And the electrical components are installed in the stainless steel housing.
In the 50 amp power distribution box, the upper and lower double-layer copper bar structure is adopted. The wiring modules are connected by wires so that the upper and lower sets of busbar systems are connected to form a complete ac distribution board.
The ABB MCB is used as the road control switch in the power distribution board panel. For usage, the main switch in the busbar system is not set. The PE and N poles are set at the lower end of the 3 phase power distribution board.
Program advantages
The three-phase distribution box designed by the bus connection system can be compatible with ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Eaton, Chint, Good xin, Delixi, and other major brands of circuit breakers, which greatly improves the later maintenance efficiency.
The busbar distribution system solution makes the fuse distribution box smaller and easier to install during construction.
The busbar in the electrical power system adopts a fully enclosed insulation design to improve the safety of use.
