GRL participat in the construction of the Power Distribution Cabinet System of the project.

Customer Challenge

Pudong Airport Terminal T2 Project needs more than 8,000 sets of Distribution Boxes. It is contracted by different companies, there is no standard design, component brands, and sizes are not the same, and also post-maintenance is troublesome.

Solution

GRL adopts busbar system arrangement to design power distribution cabinet

This arrangement is based on 1 incoming and 8 outgoing circuits, Moulded Case Circuit Breaker is the main switch, and the mini circuit breaker is used as the outgoing switch. It can be assembled into 1 incoming 16 outgoings, 1 incoming 24 outgoings, and other different arrangement designs according to the practical application.

Customer Application

1 The standardized arrangement of Busbar System Solution can prepare spare components in advance and maintain them faster.

2 The Busbar System Solution is protected by an insulating cover, and the cabinet is safely insulated to reduce the risk of electric shock;

3 When designing, the cabinet size and space can be determined in advance, if it adopts a modular busbar system distribution box.

4 The new distribution box incorporates the N pole and PE pole into the busbar system to save space.
