Shindengen Three Phase Bridge Diode Modules Which Contribute to Downsizing and Increased Reliability for Industrial Devices
Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has launched the MG060 and MG061 three phase bridge diode modules for industrial equipment.
Large
numbers of industrial robots have been introduced at manufacturing
sites in recent years to optimize workforces and improve
production efficiency, and there has been increased demand for devices
that are both highly functional and can provide long-term stable
operation. This, in turn, has resulted in demand for three phase bridge
diode module products which are smaller and more reliable for use in
power supply units.
Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
has launched the MG060 and MG061 three phase bridge diode modules to
satisfy these needs. These products feature optimized internal
structures, including revised clip connection technologies. The products
are also equipped with highly reliable, Shindengen-produced large chips
to contribute to downsizing, larger current capacity, and higher
reliability for industrial equipment.
In addition, these products utilize ceramic boards to achieve high insulation performance and high heat dissipation designs, eliminating the need for additional insulation and making it possible to reduce both the number of materials and a number of process hours required in order to better satisfy demand for higher voltage capacity devices.
