The SL15N65CD is a power MOSFET produced using Slkor's advanced superjunction MOSFET technology. This advanced technology is specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance, providing excellent switching performance, withstanding high-energy pulses in avalanche and commutation modes, and demonstrating outstanding stability and reliability. This makes the SL15N65CD ideal for applications such as high-efficiency switched-mode power supplies.
It is an N-channel MOSFET with a high drain-source voltage (Vdss) of up to 650V, a continuous drain current (Id) of 15A, and a power dissipation (Pd) of 111W. In the on-state, its on-state resistance (RDS(on)) is 238mΩ@10V, 7.5A and the threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) is 4.5V@250μA. Additionally, it is packaged in TO-252, providing high ruggedness and excellent heat dissipation performance.
