SLKOR High-voltage MOSFET SL15N60CF: Excellent Performance and Wide Applications
Today we are introducing SLKOR Semiconductor's High-voltage MOSFET SL15N60CF. This product utilizes SLKOR's advanced super-junction technology, which is specifically designed to reduce conduction losses and provide excellent switching performance while withstanding high-energy pulses in avalanche and commutation modes. SL15N60CF is an N-channel MOSFET, with a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 650V, a continuous drain current (Id) of 15A, power dissipation (Pd) of 30W, and on-state resistance (RDS(on)@Vgs, Id) of 238mΩ@10V,7.5A. These parameters demonstrate that the SL15N60CF has excellent electrical performance and can operate stably under high-voltage conditions.

At the same time, the SL15N60CF also possesses a series of important features. Firstly, it has a low gate resistance, which reduces switching losses and improves efficiency.
