METRODYNE‘s MPS-3600 Series Differential Pressure Sensor with High Linearity, Low Hysteresis and Low Power Consumption
The MPS-3600 is a differential type pressure sensor which consist of a MEMS piezoresistive pressure sensor chip. It is available in pressure range as 0.5, 1, 5.8, 15, 30 and 100psi. The state-of-the-art MEMS sensing core makes the sensor high linearity, low hysteresis, low power consumption, high reliability, and miniature body figure.
