Digital Output Differential Pressure Sensor LSPMC08-03 Featured with a Wide Supply Voltage from 1.7V to 3.6V and Low Power Consumption
LSPMC08-03 is a digital output differential pressure sensor that consists of a MEMS piezoresistive pressure sensor and a dedicated signal conditioning ASIC. The ASIC includes a 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC, OTP memory, Digital Core, and interface circuits.
The calibration coefficient data which is stored in the OTP memory could be used to calibrate LSPMC08-03. Pressure calibration and temperature compensation are implemented by the device itself. Calibrated pressure and temperature can be read directly through the I2C interface.
The sensor module is housed in a compact metal lid package. It's small dimension and low power consumption.
