Yint Offered a 1.2GHz Signal Line Protection Solution Including Air Release Tube, PPTC, and ESD devices
This solution is used on high-speed signal lines. Because the line frequency is very high, parasitic capacitance must be carefully considered.
The 1.2GHz signal line protection solution adopts secondary protection, common mode, and differential mode full protection. The first level uses gas discharge tube 3R090L-8 for rough protection. The gas discharge tube has the characteristics of strong surge absorption ability and low parasitic capacitance, generally less than 2pf. The second level of protection uses ESD devices, ESDLC5V0D3B for fine protection. It has the characteristics of accurate clamping voltage and low parasitic capacitance, with a maximum of 0.8pf. The intermediate coupling uses PPTC SMD1206-012, which can also prevent overcurrent.
Standards compliant:
IEC61000-4-5 10/700US 6KV /150A
IEC61000-4-2 CONTACT DISCHARGE:8KV AIR DISCHARGE:15KV

If you only do anti-static, there is no need to use the air release tube and PPTC.
Three ESDLC5V0D3B common mode and differential mode full protection, customers can only provide common mode or differential mode protection according to needs.
