Quad Channel 28G CDR with TIA Product XY5424S-BT2/7 Has a High Input Sensitivity Up to -12dBm
The XY5424S-BT2/BT7 is a high-performance 4ch CDR+TIA product. Its low-noise TIAs support high-sensitivity requirements, such as 100GBase CWDM4/LR4. Its small size makes it suitable for small-factor applications, such as QSFP28, CFP4, and AOC (active-optical-cable), and it even can be co-packaged into a traditional optical BOX.
The XY5424S-BT2 Quad Channel 28G CDR with TIA Product has a channel-to-channel pitch of 250μm, and the XY5424S-BT7 has a channel-to-channel pitch of 750μm.
The chip is offered in bare die form.
