10.3125Gb/s APD ROSA XY2211-SFZ with Operating Temperature -40~85℃ for up to 80Km Application
XY2211-SFZ is a 10.3125Gb/s APD ROSA in the TO package. Its excellent performance, especially its high sensitivity and wide operating temperature range makes it an ideal receiver solution for 80Km applications. XY2211-SFZ supports NRZ format data rates from 1.25Gbps to 10.3125Gbps and can be used in IEEE/ITU-T/eCPRI transceivers.
The XY2211-SFZ is lead-free and RoHS-compliant. Evaluation boards and development samples are available upon request.
