Base Station Communication Network Port (RJ45) Lightning Protection Solution

Due to the high interface speed, the port filtering design and PCB design are the design focus of this product. In addition, the selection control of key components is strengthened to ensure that the components meet the EMC safety requirements of the entire machine. 

 

The front-end protection device of this solution uses the INT.P3100SAL gas discharge tube to mainly protect the common mode.

   

The rear stage uses TVS tube SLVU2.8-4, mainly for differential mode protection (the section capacitance is very low, the maximum is 8PF, has a certain flow capacity, can withstand a maximum of 24A (8/20) secondary impact current, and can meet the wave voltage of500V surge test requirements).
