Solar power generation is a device that uses battery components to directly convert solar energy into electrical energy. Solar cells are solid devices that utilize the electronic properties of semiconductor materials to achieve P-V conversion. In vast areas without power grids, the devices can easily provide lighting and daily power for users. In some developed countries, they can also be connected to regional power grids. Grid connection to achieve complementarity. At present, from a civilian perspective, the "photovoltaic-building (lighting) integration" technology has become mature in foreign technology research and has begun to take shape in industrialization, while domestically mainly researches and produces small-scale solar power generation suitable for home lighting in areas without electricity system.

 

The solar power generation system mainly includes solar cell components (array), controller, battery, inverter, user or lighting load, etc.

Solar systems need to be able to withstand overloads, short circuits or voltage transients (lightning strikes, ESD, etc.), and protective components need to meet specified standards or ensure reliable circuit operation.

Solar cells are arranged in groups according to their rated output voltage of 12V or 24V. Lightning strikes are the main hazard. When installing, pay attention to the correct connection of the positive and negative poles of the battery and whether there are damaged solar cells.

TVS transient suppression diode: 5KP30A must be used for 24V circuit panels.

Fuse: The current rating must match the maximum output power of the battery panel.
