Features of PTFE Film Tape
1. Polyperfluoroethylene propylene has excellent heat resistance, low friction, non-stick and lubricity, chemical resistance, thermal stability, and electrical insulation, plus it can be melt processed, so it has a wide range of applications and convenient production.
2. According to its electrical characteristics, non-combustibility, and high and low-temperature resistance: used in industrial cables, electronic equipment wiring, and flat cables.
3. According to its high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and adhesion resistance: used in piping materials, heat exchangers, automotive cables, valves and pumps (parts, gaskets, linings), chemical appliances, semiconductor appliances, and medical appliances.
4. According to its heat resistance, non-adhesiveness, electrical properties, and non-combustibility: it is used in roll coating films, shrink tubes, and electrical insulation materials.
5. According to its corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and blowability: it is used in corrosion-resistant spraying, fiber and fabric used in filters, demisters, and parts of appliances with thin and thin tube walls.
6. According to its meltability: it can be used as a welding rod and used as a solid adhesive for intermediate bonding, welding, and repairing PTFE and other difficult bonds.
