The above application circuit uses a constant current source power supply, most constant current circuits on the market only over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection, and there is no open-circuit protection, when one of the LED strings of open-circuit failure, the circuit will generate surge voltages, the use of shunt capacitors will soon be short-circuited, which will blow up capacitors caused by fires and other unexpected failure, a serious life-threatening hazards.

 

VI.Product Characterization

Description:

Unipolar P-SLEDs solve the problem of ultra-low leakage current, which we have to consider as Ir is close to zero, for enclosed LED products, avoiding the heat source.
