SMARTsemi Continues to Expand FLASH Offerings with Introduction of Industrial Grade SD/microSD Cards
The new 8GB – 128GB UHS-I SDHC and SDXC and 256GB UHS-I microSDXC Cards
NEWARK, Calif., August 29, 2022 - SMARTsemi, a division of SMART Modular Technologies, Inc., provider of commercial, industrial, and wide-grade Tier-1 memory components and cards for embedded applications, announces the addition of industrial grade FLASH UHS-I SD cards to its growing catalog. SMARTsemi SDHC cards are available in capacities from 8Gb to 32Gb. SDXC cards are available in 64GB to 128GB capacities. microSDXC cards are initially offered in 256GB density.
The cards are packaged in industry-standard form factors for SD and microSD Cards. Devices are shipped in trays. SMARTsemi cards are rated for -40℃ to +85℃, industrial temperature grade.
As is the case for the existing product range of DDR3(L), DDR4, and eMMC devices, free samples and technical information, including specifications, reliability reports, materials composition reports, and RoHS and REACH certificates are available online to help expedite your qualification of this device.
