Application Background:

optical couplers, also known as opto-isolators or optocouplers (OC), are devices that convert electrical signals into optical signals or vice versa. They provide electrical isolation and signal isolation functions and are widely used in various circuits. Solution:

The SlkorMicro SL3063 is a bidirectional triac output optocoupler that incorporates a zero-crossing circuit and features one output channel. It has a forward voltage drop of 1.24V, forward current of 60mA, off-state peak voltage of 600V, static dv/dt of 1000V/μs, isolation voltage of 5kV, and operates within a temperature range of -40℃ to +100℃.
