UMS Launches a 10-16GHz 3-stage Monolithic Medium Power Amplifier CHA5266-99F with a Linear Gain of 23dB
The CHA5266-99F is a 10-16GHz 3-stage monolithic Medium Power Amplifier. This circuit exhibits a 23dB linear gain. It features a high OIP3 linearity at 36dBm with only 5V@360mA DC bias.
It is designed for a wide range of applications from Defence to Commercial communication systems.
The circuit is manufactured on a GaAs 0.25µm pHEMT process.
The CHA5266 is also available in a QFN package: the CHA5266-QDG.
