UMS CHA3396-QDG a new Power Amplifier
The CHA3396-QDG is a 27-33.5GHz wide band medium power amplifier which delivers 22dB linear gain and 19dBm output power.
A minimum gain control of 15dB is also achievable. It features a very low power consumption at a bias of 4V@155mA DC. This circuit is fully ESD protected.
This circuit is designed for a wide range of applications including commercial communication system and SATCOM applications.
This product is manufactured using a robust 0.25µm gate length GaAs pHEMT process.
