The CHS5104-FAA is a DC-6GHz reflective SPDT switch in a 6x6mm2 SMD ceramic hermetic package compatible with space requirements.
It features an input P1dB of 30dBm and a low insertion loss of 0.6dB@2GHz, 1dB@4GHz, and 1.3dB@6GHz.
It is designed for a wide range of applications including space, military, and commercial communication systems.
The circuit is designed on an internal pHEMT 0.25µm process.
