CHV1203-FAA: a Self-biased, Fully Integrated S Band HBT Voltage Controlled Oscillator Compatible with Space Derating
The CHV1203-FAA is a self-biased, fully integrated S Band HBT Voltage Controlled Oscillator compatible with space derating.
This product is supplied in a hermetic metal ceramic package and exhibits an excellent phase noise of -108dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset combined with high frequency stability.
It is designed for a wide range of applications including space and commercial communication systems.
The circuit is designed on an internal InGap HBT space evaluated process which is part of the ESA Preferred Part List (EPPL).
