CHA6550-98F, 3 Stage GaAs Wideband HPA with Frequency Range of 17-23.6GHz and Linear Gain of 22dB
The CHA6550-98F is a 3 stage GaAs wideband HPA with a differential mode power detector at the output. 15dB gain control can be achieved by adjusting the gate voltage.
The circuit exhibits excellent linearity and is compatible with the latest generation of Digital Pre-Distorsion techniques. The product is fully ESD protected.
The biasing conditions can be adjusted to achieve the best performances according to needs.
The CHA6550-98F is a field-proven solution for PtP telecom and Satcom systems.
The circuit is designed on an internal pHEMT 0.15µm space evaluated process.
