TT’s portfolio reflects a focus on sustainability and mission-critical performance; the company’s exhibitor seminar covers

resistor features and performance characteristics for EV applications.

Woking, UK, 14 February 2023 – TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered technologies for performance-critical applications, will be exhibiting at APEC, the leading conference for practicing power electronics professionals, in Orlando, Florida, March 20-22. TT will showcase its extensive portfolio of passive components and power electronics at Booth 502. TT’s resistor products on display are ideal for EV battery management and charging capabilities and reflect the company’s strategic focus on sustainability and technology solutions that enable a cleaner, smarter, and healthier future.

TT’s Business Development Engineer, Tom Morris, will also host an exhibitor seminar covering “Resistor Selection for Pulse Sensitive Applications” on March 21st, from 3:45 pm to 4:15 pm in session room W202B. This seminar will review construction features of various resistor technologies; design and quality engineers will gain insight into pulse/surge characteristics that define optimal resistor performance, as well as failure mode characteristics, for specific applications.

TT’s smart sensors and passive components will be featured onsite, and are designed to capture data, inform decisions, support data analytics, and enable artificial intelligence. These include non-contact Hall effect sensors, infrared optical switches and arrays for the detection of objects or fluids, and fixed and variable resistors for current sensing, power management, and signal conditioning.

Booth visitors will also learn about TT’s power management solutions – reliable power conversion and power distribution solutions that drive optimum system performance while maintaining efficiency and safety. These include power converters for mission-critical, harsh environment aerospace and defense applications, miniaturized coils, transformers, and inductors uniquely developed for implantable devices and surgical navigation.
